In this unique career opportunity, your personal development is the common thread that runs throughout the program. You will be assigned a personal mentor from the management team. He or she will act as your coach and sponsor within the organization, supporting you in your personal development plan. You will have the opportunity to network and exchange best practices.

Starting salary Eur 3.250 per month, based on a fulltime contract.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a bachelor's, wo-master's, doctoral (PhD) or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration obtained at a Dutch college or university.

• You graduated a maximum of 2 years ago.

• You enjoy working in a team.

• You take initiative.

• You are able to adapt to changing situations.

• You are fluent in English.

• You hold a valid residence permit for at least the duration of the traineeship.

• We will request a Certificate of Good Conduct for you. (VOG)
